Position: Must hold current qualification ATA or NVQ "Panel Beater"
Location: WR9-0NR - Droitwich, Worcester
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (£18.00 – £22.00 ph)
Role Responsibilities:
Repair and restore vehicle body panels to their original condition.
Carry out panel beating, welding, and dent removal to repair damaged vehicles.
Use specialist tools and equipment to shape, align, and smooth vehicle panels.
Assess and analyze repair requirements and develop effective repair plans.
Work efficiently and accurately, following repair processes and industry standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality repair work and customer satisfaction.
Role Requirements:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater or similar role in the automotive industry.
Proficient in panel beating techniques, welding, and dent removal.
Strong knowledge of vehicle structure, panel materials, and repair methods.
Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment relevant to panel beating.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
