Were a growing temp recruitment agency seeking a proactive and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across our sites in Great Yarmouth and Attleborough. This is a key leadership role where youll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, building strong client relationships, and driving performance across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage operational delivery across client sites in Norfolk

* Split your time between our Great Yarmouth office and Attleborough site

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

* Oversee compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements

* Monitor and report on KPIs, service levels, and operational performance

* Conduct regular site visits and compliance audits

* Lead, support, and develop on-site teams to maintain service standards

What Were Looking For:
