Working as part of a close-knit on-site team of three engineers, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across the building. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Facilities Management and a proven track record in mechanical building maintenance.
