This is a consultative, lead generation-focused position, designed as a stepping stone into a full 360 sales/closing role.Key Responsibilities New Business DevelopmentBuild and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, networking, referrals, and eventsResearch prospective clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and market positionConsultative EngagementEngage prospects through tailored outreach, conversations, and presentationsConduct discovery to identify opportunities across functions such as strategy, marketing, insights, product, and innovationClearly articulate the value of data, research, and intelligence solutionsBuild relationships with multiple stakeholders within target organisationsInternal CollaborationWork closely with Business Development Managers, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teamsShare customer insights, feedback, and market intelligenceEnsure smooth handover of qualified opportunitiesMarket AwarenessStay up to date with industry trends and developmentsRepresent the business in meetings, webinars, and events where requiredWhat We're Looking For EssentialMinimum 2 years' experience in business development or salesProven track record of generating new business opportunitiesStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling value propositionsExperience managing pipelines and using CRM systems (e.g.
