Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
1. Managing multi-million-pound settlements via Deputyships and Trusts
2. Chairing annual review meetings
3. Overseeing property transactions and care arrangements
4. Preparing statutory will applications
5. Running your own caseload of property and affairs matters
6. Supporting the Deputy in delivering high-quality, client-centred services
7. Collaborating with solicitors and paralegals to ensure seamless support
8. Contributing to business development and client engagement initiatives
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
9. Is empathetic, resilient, and passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals
10. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Can manage complex caseloads with care and precision
12. Works well both independently and as part of a team
13. Is committed to making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives
Requirements
14. 4–8 years PQE
15. Strong understanding of Court of Protection procedures and related litigation
16. Experience working with clients affected by serious injury or illness (desirable)
17. Private client experience (desirable)
