Head of Property Services
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated Head of Property Services who will be accountable for delivering a consistent and timely property services function, including routine repairs and maintenance, by leading a large multi-disciplinary in-house team and external contractors.
Tai Tarian is the social landlord for over 9,000 properties across Neath Port Talbot. We seek motivated individuals who want to be part of a team committed to delivering excellence.

This is a permanent role with a salary of £67,511 to £72,418 per annum.
Criteria for the role:
* At least 3 years’ experience leading an operational team in property maintenance and repairs.
* Proven experience of leading a successful team.
* Evidence of leading work streams that improve colleague, customer, or organizational outcomes.
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a similar role.
