Hodge Plant Ltd is recruiting a Depot Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Blantyre depot. This senior operational role will oversee all depot functions, excluding accounts, ensuring the workshop and yard operate efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard.
Responsibilities include management of engineers, yard staff and drivers, coordination of plant movements and logistics, maintaining Health & Safety compliance, asset and stock control, customer liaison, and ensuring the depot remains organized, structured and accountable.
Applicants should have a strong background in construction plant or heavy equipment, previous management or supervisory experience, and the ability to lead a team in a practical and commercially aware manner.
The package includes a competitive salary dependent on experience, company van, fuel card, employer pension contribution, employer National Insurance contribution, and a long-term opportunity within an established and growing business.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
