Responsibilities
* The planning and teaching of the Maths mastery curriculum and English curriculum
* The planning and teaching of the creative curriculum
* Using our feedback policy to provide impactful feedback to pupils
* Working as part of a team to ensure pupils make rapid progress
* Proactively and professionally upholding the values and high expectations of the School
About you
The successful candidate will:
* Be driven and enthusiastic about ensuring all pupils achieve at least age-related expectations in English and Maths
* Be an excellent classroom teacher with a secure understanding of the National Curriculum
* Have a proven track record in raising standards (adding value) as a classroom teacher
* Be able to differentiate lessons and tasks to meet the needs of all pupils to ensure they reach their full potential
* Be committed to the journey of the School and work with all parents, staff, pupils, and governors
* Be excited about being part of the Great Learners Trust and enjoy the opportunities that this brings
* Be positive, adaptable, and excited by the challenges of a growing school
