What You’ll Need Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Experience in a senior care role or supervisory position within a care setting. Confident in managing rotas, care plans, and medication administration. A kind, organised, and proactive approach to care coordination. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example. Organise and manage staff shifts, ensuring consistent and appropriate cover. Administer and accurately record medication. Liaise with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as needed. Maintain and update computerised care plans and documentation. Support with the induction, training, and supervision of care and support staff. Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment.
