Job Title: Student Services Adviser

Location: Bishop's Stortford (CM22 7TD)

Salary Range: GBP23,000 - GBP24,000 per annum

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30

Simply Academy, a leading provider of financial educational services, is looking to add an experienced office administrator to their established student services support team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone enthusiastic about the development and progression of others. Your duties would include:

1. Student Assistance: Act as the first point of contact for student inquiries, offering guidance on course materials, enrolment, and general support.
2. Administrative Support: Manage student records, course registrations, and assist with documentation and certifications.
3. Customer Service: Respond to student queries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and promptly.
4. Problem Resolution: Address student concerns effectively, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently or escalated when necessary.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Student Services team, trainers, and other departments to provide a seamless student experience.
6. Student Engagement: Contribute to student retention and satisfaction by offering proactive support and encouragement.

Required skills:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Good organisational and administrative abilities
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
5. A proactive and problem-solving mindset
6. Experience in a student support, customer service, or administrative role (preferred but not essential)
