The Role:
1. Lead VATpliance and advisory projects across a varied client base
2. Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic growth
4. Mentor junior team members and support group development
5. Identify opportunities for additional services and business development
What You’ll Bring:
6. Strong UK VAT experience and technical knowledge
7. CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent)
8. Proven ability to manage client portfolios and deliver high-quality work
9. Confidence in liaising with HMRC and senior client contacts
10. A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
