Marketing Executive
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Lancaster (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office, ideally Tuesday & Thursday)

Their solutions are trusted worldwide by fire services, defence organisations, oil and gas majors, and the mining industry.
Operating internationally, the marketing function plays a pivotal role in supporting global channel partners and delivering strategic campaigns across B2B markets.
The Role
This is a broad and hands-on marketing position, ideal for someone who combines creative thinking with a keen eye for technical detail. You’ll support global campaign execution and take ownership of diverse marketing initiatives that contribute directly to the brand’s global visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering digital and print marketing campaigns to support product launches and sales initiatives
* Creating engaging collateral including brochures, newsletters, and email marketing content
* Producing technical datasheets in collaboration with product and engineering teams
* Supporting industry exhibitions and trade shows as required
Tools & Platforms in Use
* CRM & Automation: HubSpot, Mailchimp
* Analytics: Google Analytics
* Web Management: Squarespace (across 8 international sites)
What We’re Looking For
* Around 3 years of experience in a marketing role (ideally B2B)
* A commercially driven mindset with an understanding of technical audiences
* Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and content creation tools
* Strong communication and project coordination skills
