Leader Education are seeking a committed SEND Teacher with the ability to take on SENCO responsibilities to work within a small specialist school in Trafford. This role focuses on supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), complex medical needs and associated behavioural challenges, helping them engage with learning in a safe, nurturing and highly supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher who is confident supporting complex SEND and who is capable of contributing to the strategic development of SEND provision within the school. The successful candidate will combine high-quality classroom teaching with SENCO responsibilities, supporting staff to meet the complex needs of pupils across the setting. As a SEND Teacher with SENCO responsibilities, you will deliver personalised learning experiences while supporting pupils to develop communication, independence and emotional regulation.
