The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage the commercial aspects of a £40M P-WAY and Signalling Package for a major Rail Depot contract in East London. They will work within the commercial team, liaising with all project sections, and report to the Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and effective communication. A flexible work approach is welcomed. This is a freelance role for 12 months paid INSIDE IR35. Hybrid working is available with 2 days per week from home.
