Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support across the school office
* Handling phone calls, emails, and front-desk duties
* Using school systems (such as Arbor and SIMS) to maintain accurate pupil records and attendance data
* Supporting safeguarding and compliance documentation
* Liaising with staff, parents, and external professionals in a professional and timely manner
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous admin experience in a school setting (essential)
* Experience using Arbor and/or SIMS (highly desirable)
* Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
* A calm, flexible, and approachable attitude
* An understanding or awareness of SEMH needs (preferred)
