Payroll Administrator - Imminent Start - Hybrid working Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are working exclusively with Diaceutics who provide end-to-end solutions for the launch of precision medicine diagnostics. They require a temporary payroll administrator to help support their team for 3-4 months. Your new role This role will offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working closely with the senior members of the Finance Team. You will be responsible for the following: Credit control and credit card reconciliation Assisting with month-end processes including SAGE 200 / Excel Sales invoicing and accounts receivable Preparing journals i.e. intercompany etc Bank reconcile and daily bank balances Data extraction and analysis including debtor reports and sales variance Monitoring finance emails Answering telephone queries for example finance What you'll need to succeed You will be a strong payroll administrator, preferably with industry relevant experience and have the following: Experience running UK payroll solo CIPP qualified but not essential Knowledge of Global Payroll – Input Experience of different types of payroll software Good excel skills Attention to detail Payrolling benefits What you'll get in return Hybrid working Onsite parking / close to train links £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience Paid holidays On site gym Flex day programme Study Support Good company culture What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
