Salary: £25,000 - 28,000 per year Requirements: Customer service background or previous IT support experience SQL knowledge is a bonus Ability to work on-site on a full-time basis Responsibilities: Answer our helpdesk phone line and manage our helpdesk ticketing system Respond to general queries Investigate issues and resolve them where possible Ensure all queries are responded to within agreed timeframes Log bugs and communicate them to our development team for resolution Carry out basic account management, including software license registration and cancellation, adjusting settings, and providing training Assist with launching new clients Work with third-party partners to resolve issues with API integrations Technologies: API Support SQL Security More: We are a leading global security software company based in Horsham.
