Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of 2 dental practices and a residential property.The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our premises remain safe, tidy, and welcoming for staff and visitors alike. * Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces/furniture.
* Clean and sanitise restrooms/toilets, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards.
* Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any faults or shortages.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
* Restock consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as needed.
* Ensure all areas are kept organised and free from hazards during cleaning operations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and appropriate safety measures is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene standards.
HOURS: 2 hour in one dental practice required and 2 hours required in a mother dental practice just 2 miles away EVERY WORKING DAY (Monday to Friday) and 2 hours two days a week (Mondays and Fridays) in a residential property.
* The dental practice cleaning hours need to be either before 8am or after 5.30pm.
* Domestic/residential cleaning hours can be during working hours, any time.
