Position Summary Information
Position Summary
In support of the Isothermal Community College Testing Proctor/Office Assistant will administer and proctor tests and perform office-related duties.
Responsibilities
* Administer and proctor tests as scheduled by the testing coordinator.
* Conduct testing sessions in accordance with established procedures for the test being administered.
* Verify the identity and eligibility of each tester
* Maintain seating charts, testing irregularity reports, and other documentation as required.
* Maintain the security of all testing materials.
* Inventory and place into secure storage all secure testing materials before and after each test administration.
* Conduct testing sessions in accordance with test manufacturer policies and procedures.
* Assist with answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and assisting current and prospective students with enrollment, campus resources, and support services.
* Assist with test proctoring for the local prison system as needed.
* Work evening hours as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
