Job Description:
Our clients are seeking a proactive and organised immediately available Service Coordinator to join their team in Penarth. This full-time, on-site role involves managing service bookings, maintaining accurate data records, and supporting the Office Manager with a variety of administrative and ad hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input and manage data accurately within internal systems
* Use booking systems to schedule and coordinate services efficiently
* Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team
* Assist with general office duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in data entry and using booking or scheduling systems
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Immediate availability
