Rockborne is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to help us take Rockborne’s commercial growth to the next level. This is a key role where you’ll be building new relationships, growing existing ones, and helping shape the future of how we deliver value to clients.
You’ll work closely with enterprise-level stakeholders—mostly in the data and analytics space—and collaborate across our resourcing, training, and consulting teams to create tailored, high-impact solutions. You won’t have direct reports, but you’ll work closely with our SDRs and support them in turning leads into real opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Growth
* Tap into your network and generate new leads through proactive outreach.
* Convert SDR-booked meetings into qualified sales opportunities.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through your own network and prospecting efforts.
* Promote Rockborne’s full range of services—especially our consultant deployment offering.
Account Development
* Act as the commercial lead across accounts, driving long-term value and partnership growth.
* Uncover strategic opportunities and help position Rockborne as a long-term partner.
* Deepen relationships across multiple service lines including resourcing, training, and consulting.
Strategic Input
* Share what you’re hearing from clients to help us evolve our offerings.
* Suggest ways to improve how we work—your voice matters here.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves
* Solid experience in B2B sales, ideally with a mix of new business and account growth.
* Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and navigating complex sales cycles.
* Experience in or around the data and analytics space—or the drive to learn fast.
* Great communicator who’s emotionally intelligent, self-sufficient, and proactive.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment (we’re a growing business!).
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience in consultancy, recruitment, or enterprise solution sales.
* A strong network in the data and analytics world.
* Familiarity with solution-based selling
