* Embedding a clear, repeatable operating cadence (KPIs, reviews, site visits and coaching)
* Simplifying ways of working and driving clarity, pace and discipline at scale
* Acting as a visible, credible operational leader with a strong presence in the business
Leadership, Talent & Culture

* Leading and embedding change programmes that improve performance, consistency and efficiency
* Championing the use of data, insight and technology to enhance decision making
* Influencing and challenging constructively to deliver the right outcomes for guests and the business
About You
You’ll be a senior, credible operations leader with a strong track record of delivering performance across large, multisite environments.
Experience

* Proven accountability for largescale P&L delivery, ideally £50m–£100m+ turnover or equivalent complexity
* Direct leadership of senior operational leaders (e.g. Area or Regional Managers)
* Experience within managed, partnership/franchise or similarly blended operating models
* Demonstrable success in turnaround, performance improvement or step change growth
Capabilities & leadership style
* Highly commercial and data driven, with strong P&L and KPI discipline
* Execution focused, bringing clarity, pace and consistency at scale
* Confident in challenging performance and addressing under delivery constructively
