Job Description:
The HACS Group is an independent Construction, Building & Civil Engineering services contractor based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1985 by current Managing Director Mark Smith, HACS has built a reputation for quality and reliability in delivering medium to large-scale projects up to £20m.
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This permanent position involves managing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will be involved in all project phases, from Pre-Construction to on-site management of staff and sub-contractors, overseeing health and safety, scheduling, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include procurement of materials and subcontractors to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Experience and Qualifications required:
* Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
* Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
* Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project
* Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
* Experience in people management and excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills and a minimum SMSTS qualification
