HR Advisor Are you an organised and proactive HR professional ready to take on a hands-on role supporting employee wellbeing and business performance in a global organisation? The Role As a HR Advisor or Senior HR Assistant, you'll support absence management and employee wellbeing, working closely with HRBPs, managers, and wider stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyse sickness absence data to identify trends. Support Occupational Health referrals and return-to-work processes. Coach managers on absence procedures and policy compliance. Escalate complex cases to HR Business Partners. Maintain accurate absence records in the HR system. The Ideal Candidate * Experience working within an HR function, ideally in a similar industry or environment. * Actively working towards a CIPD qualification preferred. * Competent in Microsoft Office and experienced in using HRIS systems.
