Cineworld Barnsley is a newly built Complexity 4 cinema boasting 13 screens with an IMAX, 4DX, Screen X and Starbucks, located on the Glassworks development in Barnsley's Town Center. The management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, a Starbucks Store Manager, 3 Team Leaders and 2 Starbucks Store Supervisors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
* Food Handling and Stock Control
* Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems,Till Operations, Telephones)
* Cleaning
* Increasing Sales
* Maintaining Standards
* Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
* Addressing and Resolving Complaints
* Induction and Training of TeamMembers
* Coaching TeamMembers
* Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
