Their mission is to help clients in healthcare, pharma, and sustainability make smarter decisions using a mix of research, data science, and creative strategy. The team: You’ll be joining a tight-knit and fast-growing Insight team—currently 11 researchers strong and soon expanding to 13. They specialise in mixed methods research, mostly focused on healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. Collaboration is key here: you’ll work closely with a central data science team and colleagues across the agency. Responsibilities: As a Research Manager, you'll take the lead on end-to-end projects from day one. You'll manage both quantitative and qualitative work, present insights to clients, and play a key role in strategy development. Your day-to-day will include: Running healthcare/pharma research projects from brief to final delivery Leading client comms and presenting clear, actionable insights Designing mixed methods approaches (quant or qual—depending on your strength) Contributing to pitches and new business when needed Collaborating with data scientists to level up research outcomes Providing recommendations that influence brand, policy, and positioning Your skills and experience: 3 years minimum experience in healthcare/pharma market research Mixed methods research experience Familiarity with advanced analytics—think segmentations, regressions, key drivers Clear, confident communicator with a client-first mindset Some pitching or proposal writing experience would be a plus Apply now!
