Your mission is to shape, elevate and optimise Epson's SAP Supply Chain landscape across Europe. You will be the trusted expert who transforms business challenges into seamless, scalable SAP solutions—ensuring our logistics (LE), materials management (MM), warehouse management (WM) and wider supply chain processes run efficiently, consistently and in line with our strategic goals. You will influence key decisions on process design, guide the adoption of best‑practice SAP functionality, and act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. By leading SAP enhancements, managing projects, and mentoring colleagues, you'll strengthen system reliability, increase user confidence and drive meaningful improvements that support Epson's ongoing digital evolution. Responsibilities
* Develop, enhance and support SAP LE/MM/WM solutions that meet business needs.
* Oversee day‑to‑day SAP operations, ensuring stability and data integrity.
* Lead small and medium SAP projects across Europe, from design through delivery.
* Configure SAP processes, prototype new functionality and create clear specifications.
* Coordinate unit, integration and UAT testing across multiple teams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, risk management and successful outcomes.
* Guide and support team members, manage external vendors and streamline cross‑functional processes.
* Drive system adoption through effective training and user support.
* Review configurations for quality and integration alignment.
* Maintain accurate documentation and support ongoing optimisation.
Qualifications
* Extensive hands‑on SAP LE, MM and WM configuration experience.
* Strong integration knowledge across SD, FI, CS, PM, WM, PP.
* Expertise in warehouse management (decentralised, lean, full WM).
* Strong understanding of procurement processes, release strategies and iDoc management.
* Knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics processes.
* Experience in complex, matrixed or international environments.
* Solid project management and business analysis capabilities.
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical subjects clearly.
* Experience with unit, integration and UAT testing.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
* Experience with Jira, Power BI and preferably S/4HANA.
* Participation in at least two full SAP lifecycle implementations.
