Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of autistic people and those with learning disabilities? Join us as a Programme Support Admin for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the rollout of Tier 1 and Tier 2 training across BDCFT, working alongside facilitators and experts with lived experience. You will lead and support the delivery of the training alongside the facilitator and expert by experience co-trainers who will be autistic people and people with a learning disability.

Responsibilities
You’ll provide timely and effective administrative support to the Programme Facilitator, coordinate training sessions, venues, and co-facilitators, and support marketing and communication strategies to promote training. You’ll also monitor and evaluate programme delivery, ensure compliance with national standards, and offer pastoral support to co-facilitators, ensuring inclusive, safe environments. Your role will include maintaining accurate records, reporting to stakeholders, and championing continuous improvement while upholding Trust values.
Qualifications
Essential qualifications and experience include:
* GCSEs in English and Maths (A*–C) or equivalent experience
* Experience in general office duties and managing competing workloads
* Competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Understanding of autism, learning disability, and equality issues
Desirable:
* Completion of Oliver McGowan Training (or working towards)
* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism
Skills and Approach
You’ll need strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a sensitive, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach. This mobile role involves some on-site attendance and extensive use of computer equipment. You’ll be expected to attend statutory and mandatory training and uphold safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety responsibilities.
