The Role As a key player in the cost management team, you will: Oversee project costs from inception to completion, including cost planning, budgeting, and control Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and valuations Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert cost advice Monitor budgets, expenditures, and risk, ensuring cost efficiency Manage contracts, including variations, claims, and settlements Lead and mentor junior team members, driving excellence Ensure projects meet industry standards while delivering maximum value What We’re Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar Ideally Chartered (RICS) or working towards it Strong experience in QS and EA roles, particularly in our core sectors Expertise in NEC & JCT contracts Proficiency in cost estimating and project management software Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical abilities Why Join?
