SEMH Teacher
Prospero Teaching are looking for a Secondary Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in Salisbury, working within a supportive and experienced team in a setting where children are respected, listened to, and encouraged to play an active role in their learning.
The school welcomes applications from teachers with a passion for working with children who are Emotionally Vulnerable. A specific subject specialism is not essential – what matters most is your ability to inspire, adapt, and create engaging learning experiences.
As a Teacher at the school, no two days will be the same. You’ll work within a flexible structure, supporting children and young people through bespoke, therapeutic educational frameworks that are carefully tailored to meet individual needs.

8. Minimum rate of pay – £32,916
9. Hours – 8:30 am – 4pm, plus parents evenings
Experience, Training and Qualifications
10. QTS or equivalent
11. Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK
12. Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Eligibility
13. Hold Right to Work in the UK
14. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
15. Provide two professional child related references
