About The Team And The Role
We connect buyers and sellers across markets through advanced logistics solutions. Your role will include driving the end‑to‑end development of shipping capabilities that support both sellers and international buyers.
What You Will Accomplish
* Defining the product vision and roadmap for international shipping, aligning with eBay’s goals.
* Collaborating with engineering, business, operations, legal, and finance teams to drive end‑to‑end execution in multiple international locations.
* Understanding the needs of sellers and buyers in cross‑border trade and developing solutions as appropriate.
* Prioritizing features and making trade‑offs based on customer impact and business value.
* Overseeing delivery of product features from ideation to launch.
* Tracking key metrics and analyzing data to improve shipping performance.
* Pursuing innovation opportunities to enhance the customer experience, including new technologies and business models.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant international laws and regulations.
What You Will Bring
* 7+ years of product management experience.
* Experience in international shipping and logistics an advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams and international stakeholders.
Senior level: Mid‑Senior. Employment type: Full‑time.
