* Complete civil engineering design, solve problems, perform site work, and support clients to make informed decisions.
About the Programme
The Graduate Development Programme is a structured two-year scheme with blended learning, mentoring, progress reviews and networking. It focuses on four areas: human skills, consulting skills, championing strategy and your passions. The GDP is on-the-job learning with a manager and mentor guiding learning experiences. It aims to develop your civil engineering skills in an Aviation environment.
