Overview
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service to the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team within the Mental Health Network. They will coordinate their activities with other members of the Business Administration Team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
Responsibilities
* Align the post holder to a specific team and work flexibly to cover departments on various sites as directed by the Deputy Admin Lead.
* Provide cover to maintain continuity of quality service provision.
* Communicate professionally with staff, service users, visitors and carers.
* Maintain confidential records and support clinical teams.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a wider admin team.
* Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
* Good telephone manner and professional communication skills.
