Roles and Responsibilities: * Generate workshop job packs to AS9100 standard for release on to the shop floor * Decide and plan optimum manufacturing methods and processes * Working to customer specifications and quality standards * Support production with technical issues * Identifying and organising tooling requirements for new parts * Working closely with both customers and suppliers Ideal Candidate: * Aerospace or other (high precision) manufacturing background * Experience and understanding of machining and manufacturing processes * A good understanding of materials and surface treatment processes * Commercial awareness * Experience with ERP systems and Excel * Experience with CAD systems (Catia) beneficial Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 28 years.
