SEND Teacher (Full Time, Permanent)

Salary: £26,000 – £42,000 per annum

Requirements and Expectations
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND, or a strong desire to develop within specialist education
• Strong understanding of personalised learning, differentiated planning and autism-supportive practice
• Ability to deliver engaging, structured lessons that meet a diverse range of needs
• Commitment to nurturing pupils’ independence, wellbeing, communication skills and confidence
• Willingness to utilise sensory spaces, outdoor environments and adapted resources to enhance learning
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working with support staff, families and external professionals
• High expectations for progress, engagement and personal development
• Enthusiasm for contributing to the wider life and community of a specialist, child-centred school
