Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Barnsley
Salary: £460 - £650 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence and ensure learning continues effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absence and deliver pre-set work
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
* Manage behaviour in line with school policies
* Support students in staying on task
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
* Report any concerns to relevant staff
Qualifications:
* Experience in a school or similar setting preferred
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Confidence leading groups of young people
* Calm, consistent, and professional approach
