We bring deep industry expertise and strategic rigour to help our clients make critical decisions in order to solve their toughest business challenges and achieve their goals from vision through to execution.We offer interns the opportunity to work across projects in our Consumer, TMT & Private Equity Strategy, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Innovations & Ventures and Sustainability teams.What skills and academic qualifications do I need?For the summer intern role, youneed to be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and be due to graduate by September 2027 to be eligiblefor the Summer 2026 intake.What kind of work will I do?As a Monitor Deloitte Analyst, you will join a project team responsible for supporting our clients in making choices to give them a competitive advantage, improve business efficiency, or deploy innovation for a competitive edge.Your role will involve gathering and analysing data, developing clear insights, and contributing to high-quality deliverables that support the projectobjectives. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, take part in client discussions, and help design transformation programmes, new business models, or innovative products and services.Our work in increasingly influenced by technology, so curiosity about the possibilities they offer, and the judgement to focus on that that create real value, is imperative.Where will I work?At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If youclient-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person. Please note your final assessments and induction will be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.All our work spaces are accessible, however, if you require further flexibility due to a health condition or caring responsibilities, please discuss this with our team.
