THE ROLE:
Developing existing accounts, winning new business, up-selling and organically increasing our clients account spend, many of whom are long standing clients.
Receiving and actioning customer instructions, liaising with production, transport, and suppliers to ensure that we execute the customer's wishes to the highest standards.
Sales order processing using Sage business software systems and all the associated clerical duties, around order maintenance.
Developing a long-term rapport with the customer.
Some involvement with the mechanics of the production planning process.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ability to remain organised whilst managing a workload with frequently competing priorities.
High attention to detail.
Productive and hard working.
Familiarity with Microsoft packages especially Excel spreadsheets.
Good written and verbal communication talents and strong people skills.
