We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who can analyse operations, identify improvement opportunities, and work closely with leadership teams to drive meaningful business performance.
What you’ll do:
* Review operational and engineering processes across multiple manufacturing sites
* Identify opportunities to boost productivity, cost efficiency, margin and capacity
* Support delivery of 90-day improvement action plans tied to commercial targets
* Apply Lean/CI principles and embed scalable Group standards
* Link operational improvements to real financial outcomes
* Work directly with Group leadership on reporting, dashboards & transformation initiatives
* This is a high-visibility role where your work will directly support business growth and value creation.
What you’ll bring:
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or related Engineering discipline - ideally with some exposure to the Power Industry
* Understanding of Lean / Continuous Improvement
* Strong data and financial curiosity — Excel savvy
* Credibility with both shop floor teams and senior stakeholders
* Self-driven, analytical, and eager to learn
* Enjoy working independently across multiple business sites
* Professional accreditation or work towards IEng/CEng is a bonus
