Sr. UX Designer, Amazon Customer Service
Amazon Customer Service is leveraging generative AI to transform customer experiences. We seek a Senior UX Designer to lead a customer-centered UX design process, bringing curiosity and creativity to revolutionize customer service.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Contribute to product direction within a cross-functional team including AI scientists, developers, UX researchers, and product managers.
2. Translate complex AI and automation concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences that enable customers to resolve issues efficiently.
3. Drive innovation by applying UX design best practices throughout the product development lifecycle, from customer insights to polished interfaces.
4. Engage confidently with executives and stakeholders to present work and incorporate feedback.
5. Foster a creative, problem-solving culture and support team members in raising standards for customer experience.
A day in the life
The role is fast-paced and collaborative, focusing on customer needs. You will review documentation, lead sessions on customer insights and UX solutions, and work closely with UX researchers, writers, producers, product managers, developers, and AI scientists.
