Overview
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, efficient, and high-quality service to all guests. Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are consistently met
* Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and actively upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
* Set up tables, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout service periods
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
* Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery
* Respond to guest enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience
* Process payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts as required
* Support colleagues during busy service periods to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage, but not essential (training will be provided)
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is desirable
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately for billing purposes
* Experience working in a fast‑paced hospitality or kitchen environment is beneficial
* A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Visa & Employment Contribution
This position may be offered with visa sponsorship support, subject to eligibility and immigration regulations. The employee is required to contribute 34% of the total visa‑related costs, in line with company policy and applicable legal requirements.
