Job Description
1. Oversee all field operations for hospital projects, including ground-up builds and fit-outs
2. Manage site logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
3. Ensure strict compliance with healthcare construction standards and safety protocols
4. Supervise installation of complex systems (HVAC, geothermal wells, etc.)
5. Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly
6. Collaborate with project managers and client representatives to meet deadlines and budgets
7. Document progress and maintain accurate reporting throughout the project life cycle

The Successful Applicant
8. 7-15 years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
9. Proven track record managing hospital projects (ground-up and renovations)
10. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and healthcare compliance requirements
11. Ability to lead large teams and coordinate multiple trades effectively
12. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
13. Willingness to work on projects across Greater Boston and South Shore
