My client is looking for a SAP Success Factors Deployment Lead to join their team in Aberdeen on a 6-month contract.
They are starting a SAP Success Factors Transformation program to replace their current ECC solution with SAP Success Factors. This includes changes in Recruitment/Onboarding, Success/Career Development, Performance/Goals, Employee Central, Compensation and VAR Pay, and Learning Management.
The goal is to standardise processes globally through the SF cloud application for improved efficiency and business insights.
They will work with a Service Integrator and Change Management organization to implement this transformation. The SAP SF Deployment Lead will oversee multi-region SAP deployments, collaborating closely with project team members, delivery partners, and key stakeholders.
Role: Deployment Lead - SAP SF
Contract Length: 6months +
Daily rate: £MarketRate
Location: Aberdeen 3 Days per week
Key Responsibilities:
5. Coordinate and document Deployment Strategy info for SAP SF Transformation program
6. Assist in designing, testing 3rd party app integrations into SAP SF and other subsystems
7. Supervise 3rd party app integrations deployment for multi-region deployments
8. Collaborate with tech/business teams on go-no go criteria
9. Lead service introduction plan preparation and support organisation setup
10. Manage technical Go-live activities and final data migration
11. Execute detailed cutover plan for business configurations and processes
12. Ensure compliance with cutover stage gates and Go/No-Go meetings
13. Lead knowledge transfer on project aspects to support organisation
14. Define readiness criteria and decision processes for services/deliverables
15. Execute cutover governance, reporting, and communication with stakeholders
16. Drive continuous improvement for successful cutover delivery in each region
Required Skills and Experience:
17. Proficiency in overseeing intricate SAP Success Factors system deployments
18. Competence in strategising business and technical cutover activities
19. Display solid understanding of SAP deployment best practices
20. Previous involvement in collaborating with and supervising an SI partner
21. Prior success in managing the implementation of 3rd party deployment and cutover to SAP Success Factors
22. Strong ability to influence business decisions
23. Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
