The Role
We are looking for a CNC Setter Operator to support machine shop operations within a busy manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery requirements are achieved. xsngvjr
* Setting and operating CNC machines
* Making adjustments and offsets to maintain quality standards
* Supporting shop floor production requirements
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
About You
* Proven experience setting and operating CNC machinery
* CNC machining background
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Team-focused, proactive and safety-driven
* Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent preferred
