Multiskilled Technician - Cardiff (New Bodyshop)
Address: Llandough Trading Estate, Penarth Road, Cardiff CF11 8RR
Salary: Up to £24 per hour (basic, DOE) + Uncapped Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Our Cardiff Bodyshop is relocating to a brand-new, state-of-the-art site - and were expanding our team. Were looking for a talented Multiskilled Technician to join the UKs largest vehicle repair group and play a key role in our exciting growth.
As a Multiskilled Technician, youll be capable of carrying out repairs across all disciplines - MET, Panel, and Paint - completing work from start to finish. Youll take pride in delivering high-quality results, ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition with precision and care.
About You
Were seeking an experienced Multiskilled Technician who:
* Has proven ability across MET, Panel, and Paint disciplines
* Can work independently, completing full repairs to a high standard
* Delivers excellent workmanship with strong attention to detail
* Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused workshop environment
* Holds relevant qualifications/accreditations (ATA/NVQ) - desirable but not essential
