About the Role: This exciting opportunity is ideal for a confident and creative KS2 Teacher who can plan and deliver well-structured lessons, track pupil progress effectively, and maintain a positive classroom environment. Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Promote high expectations for learning and behaviour Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers Prepare pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments Uphold the school's safeguarding policies and maintain accurate records Job Requirements for KS2 Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils (including ECTs) Strong knowledge of the KS2 national curriculum Excellent communication and classroom management skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join GSL Education?
