Senior International Account Manager

The role:
In this role, you will report to the Commercial Controller and leverage your international experience to drive growth across a robust European portfolio, with a significant focus on the APAC market. You will build strong relationships and develop customer plans that align with their objectives. You will have one direct report and will work closely with distribution partners to quickly identify and understand key areas of focus, including retailers, shoppers, trends, opportunities, and challenges.
You:
* Commercially proven with international experience via distribution
* Experience in brand growth and developing a team of dynamic and driven individuals
* Be inquisitive about new international opportunities
* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work under pressure
* Must be cross-culturally aware when working with different regions
* Must have good access to the Berks / Bucks region 2 days p/wk
* People management experience would be beneficial, but not essential
