Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Sales Manager for their Cheshire, UK office.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Develop and execute the UK sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets
* Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
* Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity
* Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
* Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or equivalent. An MBA is a plus.
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role within the UK market
* 5+ years of experience within the Pharmaceutical/Skincare/FMCG industries. Multinational companies' experience preferred.
* Experience in managing/ leading a sales team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
