WHAT IS A COVER SUPERVISOR? As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise secondary pupils (aged 11-16) in the absence of their regular teacher, delivering pre-set lessons across various subjects. You will manage classroom behaviour, ensuring students remain focused in a safe and productive learning environment.
