Marina Manager Opportunity –Isle of Wight We’re working with a well-established marina that’s looking for a confident, capable, and people-focused Marina Manager (CMM preferred) to take the lead of their day-to-day operations. If you’re hands-on, great with people, and bring experience from the marine or hospitality world, this could be your next move. You’ll be the steady pair of hands keeping everything running smoothly — from customer service and compliance to finances, HR, and general operations across the site and other residential sites owned by the Marina. What You’ll Be Doing Keeping daily operations running safely and smoothly, maintaining high H&S and company standards. Managing the financial side — reconciliations, budgets, payroll, and reporting. Looking after the team: rota planning, training, and performance support. Overseeing berthing and supporting lock operations for vessels moving in and out. Being the first point of contact for customer queries and making sure visitors feel welcome. Taking responsibility for site security and coordinating maintenance as needed. Getting involved with marketing and promoting the marina’s services.
